KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Jamaicans Kaliese Spencer and Ristananna Tracey could only manage fifth and sixth respectively as Czech Zuzana Hejnova (53.24) won the women’s 400m hurdles at the Paris Diamond League Saturday.
