Chantal southeast of Puerto Rico, not a threat to Jamaica

KINGSTON, Jamaica — At 4:00 pm Tuesday the centre of Tropical Storm Chantal was located near Latitude 15.2 degrees north and Longitude 63.7 degrees west or about 440 kilometres southeast of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
