MAJ concerned about planned changes to defamation Bill
THE Media Association of Jamaica (MAJ) has welcomed the tabling, in the Senate, of the amendments to the defamation laws, saying the proposed abolition of criminal libel will, if passed, be a significant achievement for Jamaica.
