REPORTS emerging from Canada allege that Chris Xuereb, the 'physical trainer' who reportedly administered supplements to elite Jamaican sprinters Asafa Powell and Sherone Simpson, was not qualified to design physiotherapy plans and was not registered with the regulatory body in Canada which monitors physiotherapists.
