ST CATHERINE, Jamaica — There was high drama at the Jamaica Police Academy in Twickenham Park St Catherine Friday morning as detectives from the Fraud Squad led away two applicants in handcuffs after it was discovered that they had submitted fraudulent documents in their quest to become members of the Force.
