A long wait for justice ... 17 years and counting - Judge takes three years to delive

Spurred into action by the long delays in the handing down of some judgments, the Jamaican Bar Association (JBA) is seeking to have a judicial code of conduct/ethics put in place. This should, among other things, address the timely delivery of judgments, and Justice Minister Mark Golding says one could be in place in months.
