PORT OF SPAIN (CMC) –Europe has welcomed the passage of legislation in the Trinidad and Tobago parliament approving a trade and development pact which the Caribbean signed with the European Union in 2008 establishing an Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) with the Caribbean Forum (CARIFORUM) countries.
