CIVIL lobby group Citizens Action for Principle and Integri-ty (CAPI) has called on head of the Independent Commission of Investiga-tions (INDECOM), Terrence Williams, Commissioner of Police Owen Ellington, and Public Defender Earl Witter to investigate possible misconduct on the part of the police investigators in the Irwin, St James rape case for which brothers Kerron and Sheldon Brissett were charged and subsequently acquitted.
