Government seeks to fix problems faced by Seabed Authority
IN response to criticisms by the leadership of the International Seabed Authority (ISA) that its headquarters in Jamaica is in varying states of disrepair, the Jamaican delegation said that while there are "lingering problems", it was committed to honouring its obligations as host country.
