"The Daily Observer, dated April 3, 2012, published a photograph of Shuana Kaye Hanson, Attorney-at-Law, inserted in its GSAT Study Guide on Language Arts and Communication Tasks, illustrating the use of prefixes. The photograph, which was inadequately blurred was inserted above a sentence which illustrated the words "dishonest", "illegal" and "uncertain" and gave the impression that the illustration was intended to refer to her.
