BELMOPAN, Belize (CMC) — Prime Minister Dean Barrow has confirmed that his government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) for a multi-million dollar destination in southern Belize that could being benefits to the tourism industry and provide employment for nationals.
