Electoral Office of Jamaica (EOJ) representative, Icylin James, scans the fingerprint of Earnest Harvey, a resident of the Cassia Park Electoral Division, during a voting simulation exercise yesterday. The simulation was held at the Calvary Preparatory School on Sundown Crescent in Kingston, and is in preparation for the upcoming by-election in that division. The exercise is aimed at familiarising electors with the Electronic Voter Identification and Ballot Issuing System (EVIBIS).
