KINGSTON, Jamaica — Police personnel assigned to the St Andrew North Division, the Flying Squad and the Transnational Crime and Narcotics Division (TCND) seized over 500 pounds of compressed ganja on Wickham Avenue, Kingston 8 on Tuesday.
