OPPOSITION Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) Spokesperson on Culture Olivia 'Babsy' Grange yesterday called for an investigation into the spending of the $100 million allocated for this year's Emancipation and Independence celebrations.
As I said when the $100 million was announced, there was very little the Minister could do. It was never going to be enough and when it was done there would be some claiming the money neva spen rite.
