WATER flowing across the main road in Farm, Whitehouse gives the impression that an errant spring is to blame. But the source, according to residents, is a blocked culvert which should be channelling water from a nearby pumphouse under the road. Instead, the water flows on the surface, slowing eating away at the asphalt and making life miserable for motorists.
