TRELAWNY, Jamaica -- An Ananda Alert has been activated for 14-year-old Regina Anderson and 17-year-old Latoya Webb, both wards of the state at the Granville Place-of-Safety in Trelawny, who have been missing since August 27 and 21 respectively.
