KINGSTON Jamaica —Minister of Transport, Works and Housing, Dr Omar Davies, on Tuesday rejected an appeal from Leader of the Opposition, Andrew Holness, to have a joint select committee of Parliament study the proposals for China to develop the Goat Islands as a transshipment port.
