KINGSTON, Jamaica — Information Minister Sandrea Falconer says that the government is not prepared at this time to address the concerns raised by Contractor General Dirk Harrison in his report tabled in Parliament yesterday regarding his investigations into the construction of wooden shops at the Spalding Market in Clarendon; and the process of selecting the preferred bidder for the energy project to supply 360 megawatts of power to island's grid.
