Paulwell welcomes naming of 360MW preferred bidder
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Minister of Science, Technology, Energy and Mining, Phillip Paulwell, has welcomed the announcement by the Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) of the preferred bidder to supply 360 MW of base load generating capacity to the national grid.
