2,500 customers without electricity due to oil theft — JPS

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Jamaica Public Service (JPS) a short while ago, said that about 2,500 customers in St Ann, St Catherine and St Mary are now without electricity due to oil theft from the Blackstonedge Substation near Devil's Race Course, St Catherine early Tuesday.
