KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Minister of Transport, Works and Housing, Dr Omar Davies, has given an undertaking to Parliament’s Public Administration and Appropriations Committee (PAAC) to seek to resolve the issue of the delayed fluctuation payments owed to sub-contractors employed on the Jamaica Development Infrastructure Programme (JDIP).
