KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) on Friday handed down its reserved judgement in the case involving Jamaican Shanique Myrie who claimed damages against the state of Barbados that she treated was unfairly when she arrived at the Grantley Adams Airport in March 2011.
