Cops cleared in 60% of misconduct allegations during August --INDECOM
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Of the 12 reports produced on alleged police excesses during August the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) says that eight were unsubstantiated, resulting in the accused cops being cleared.
