WASHINGTON DC, USA - Minister of Finance and Planning, Dr Peter Phillips, has urged multilateral lending agencies to explore ways of giving more support to the growth agenda of small developing states.

How can we have growth without development?
Jamaica needs development. After which emphasis can be on growth.
