THE Jamaica Observer can confirm that another Lewis, this time Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Andrew Lewis who is now the divisional commander for St James, will be the man to take over from SSP Radcliffe Lewis as the commanding officer for the Police Traffic Division.
