Paulwell to attend ITU Advisory Board Meeting in Switzerland

KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Minister of Science, Technology, Energy and Mining Phillip Paulwell today (October 17) travels to Geneva, Switzerland to attend the inaugural meeting of the International Telecommunication Union's (ITU) Smart Sustainable Development Model (SSDM) Advisory Board, where he will sit as a founding member.
