Dr Fritz Pinnock, (seated left), executive director of the Caribbean Maritime Institute (CMI), and University College of the Caribbean (UCC) President Dr Winston Adams (seated right) sign a memorandum of understanding to formalise a franchise agreement between the two institutions on Wednesday. Under the agreement, UCC will offer two of CMI's programmes in the Associate of Applied Science in Industrial Systems Operation and Maintenance, and the Diploma in International Shipping and logistics.
