Sales executive Sherice McDonald collects her award for Team Member of the Year 2012 from Jamaica Observer Managing Director Danville Walker at the company's inaugural Celebration of Excellence Staff Awards last night. McDonald was among 30 past and present employees who were awarded for their tireless and dedicated work. Awards were given in the categories of Top Vendor; Top Contractor; Top Sales Executive; Story that Made the Highest National Impact; Heart of the House; Sandals Foundation Award for Volunteerism; Manager of the Year; Department of the Year; as well as recognition for the Trailblazers and 20 Years of Service.
