KINGSTON, Jamaica -- The Commissioner of Police Owen Ellington has instructed the Inspectorate of Constabulary to launch an investigation into the conduct of police officers at the murder scene of a pregnant woman who was shot in Portmore, St Catherine on October 21, 2013.
