ST JAMES, Jamaica — Residents of Retirement and Granville blocked sections of the Granville main road in St James Sunday, calling for justice following a motor vehicle crash that claimed the life Jouvhaine Whitmore, the son of former National football coach, Theodore ‘Tappa’ Whitmore.
