TRELAWNY, Jamaica — Mayor of Falmouth Garth Wilkinson Thursday postponed a no-confidence motion against Deputy Chairman of the Trelawny Parish Council Colin Gager, the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) councillor for the Warsop Division.
