Dom Rep law a violation of human rights, says Catholic Church
The Catholic Church in Jamaica has described the ruling by the Dominican Republic's Constitutional Court on Haitian migrants as a violation of human rights and called on the Spanish-speaking country to remedy the threat posed by the judgement.
