INCENSED bus route operators in the Kingston Metropolitan Transport Region (KMTR) yesterday threatened to protest as of next week if the junior minister of transport, Dr Morais Guy, or the Jamaica Urban Transit Company's (JUTC) chairman Garnet Roper do not meet with them by weekend to discuss the non-renewal of some KMTR bus licences.
