LONG-serving employee of the Jamaica Information Service (JIS) Enthrose Angella Campbell is the 2013 Civil Servant of the Year. Campbell, who has been at JIS for 18 years and is the current director of production, topped a field of four at the Bank of Jamaica auditorium, in downtown Kingston Friday.
