Senior citizen Seta Nelson gets a helping hand from Corporal Cordif Powell from the Kingston Central Police Station while on her way to the 146th Annual Commemorative and National Memorial Church Service of the Jamaica Constabulary Force held at the East Queen Street Baptist Church in Kingston yesterday. Police Week 2013, the first for the 156-year-old Constabulary, which is being celebrated under the theme: Enlightened by Our Past, Enriching the Present, Envisioning the Future was kicked off with several church services across the island yesterday.
