Police seek public's help in locating Oniel Shrouder
KINGSTON, Jamaica - Following Thursday's seizure of a large cache of ammunition and equipment used in the manufacture of rounds in Kingston, the police issued a statement asking Oniel Shrouder, of a Manchester address to report to them by midday Friday.
