KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Chairman of a group calling itself The Jamaica Coalition for a Healthy Society (JCHS) Dr Wayne West is, on World AIDS Day 2013, urging Jamaicans to “restore the social values of abstinence, delayed onset of sexual activity and mutual fidelity in marriage” to help reduce the spread of the disease.
