A mentally unsound man drew the ire of motorists yesterday afternoon as he sits in the middle of the busy intersection of Constant Spring Road and South Odeon Avenue. Dressed in torn shorts and a hooded windbreaker with a knapsack on his back, he at times flipped through pages of the Bible. At other times he just sat and stared, but he did appear to be alert to some extent and had a sense of extreme danger as he was seen dodging vehicles, which came too close. (PHOTOS: KIMONE THOMPSON)
