Gov't paying lip service to fight against corruption, Holness says
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Opposition Leader Andrew Holness says that Jamaica’s ranking of 83rd among 175 countries for the second consecutive year is evidence that the government has made no real effort to focus on reducing corruption in the island.
