KINGSTON, Jamaica — Police Commissioner Owen Ellington this week informed members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) that all requests for information from the Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) regarding drivers’ licences, Tax Registration Number (TRN) and the Automated Motor Vehicle Systems (AMVS) should be handled internally.
