ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica — A teenager who was arrested on Thursday, August 15 and later charged for knowingly possessing identity information of a person as well as operating a vehicle without a drivers' licence and insurance coverage was on Thursday sentenced under the Law Reform (Fraudulent Transactions) Special Provisions Act 2013.
