Christmas disaster will have economic impact for affected OECS islands

KINGSTOWN, St Vincent, CMC — Chairman of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) and Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda Baldwin Spencer says there will be an economic impact on the sub-region following the damage caused by a low-level trough on St Vincent and the Grenadines, St Lucia and Dominica over the Christmas holidays.
