The Kiddies Village on the Kingston Waterfront on New Year's Eve was a huge success. This little one was among the children who enjoyed the rides after getting their face painted. Immediately following the Kiddies Village, a concert was held to kick off the New Year, culminating with more than 10 minutes of spectacular firework display.
