This truck, which was laden with cement, overturned just after noon yesterday in Passley Gardens, Portland. The driver, who was the only occupant of the vehicle reportedly escaped unhurt. Firefighters, who were early on the scene, cleared the road of oil that leaked from the truck, while the police prevented looting of cement.
