One hairdresser, who identified herself only as 'Loodes', said that they also have overseas clients who come downtown because they love the experience of running away from the police.
"The foreign people dem love we," Loodes said. "When dem nuh see the police dem ask, 'Where are the cops, how I don't see them coming?'"
