St Ann residents stage protest for running water in pouring rain
ST ANN, Jamaica — Even as rain affected wide sections of the north coast Monday morning, residents of Belleair in St Ann mounted *road blocks along the main road between Brown’s Town and Runaway Bay protesting against a lack of running water in the community.
