Police's 'Education and Crime' report may have validity issues

KINGSTON, Jamaica -- The Research, Planning and Legal Services Branch (RPLSB) of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) says that although the data which informed its “Education and Crime: Evidence from Prison Inmates in Jamaica” report were collected in a self reporting format, it was unable to check the accuracy of some of the information.
