Looks like about 1 foot of snow out there and it is still coming down. It seems like the powdery type and it looks so pretty. Gawn back to bed for second round of sleep in prep for the shoveling. Will post pics later.

Well snow is wet and heavy and I shoveled my walkway and sidewalk. Looks like about 18" of heavy snow and I also dug out my car. My narrow street is not yet plowed. Neighbors all out and everyone seems cheerful.

Shoveling snow = 464 calories per hour.
