Paulie Smith received a letter from the IRS in speculation of a few items on his most recent return – to which his mother responded. This is how the IRS replied:
Paulie’s parents were perplexed – the government had their son’s Social Security Number and knew he was a minor! Naturally, they let their little boy write to the IRS himself. Here’s what he wrote!
