Morning....went hiking, couldnt wait nuh later so pz get alla her coffee today. hike started off along the river (on the bank ). that kayak thing look interesting..but my fear of drowning telling me not to try it.

pottered round the house... made children light lunch....took daughter to dram then two dance practice.... Went to gym while she did highland fling......went shoppinng.. then got home took youngest to park to kick football.. played with him and another ad and son.....

tommorow taking sons bowling.....or golf driving range....
